30-Day Worldwide Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy worldwide, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

To start a return, please contact us at pochipot.team@outlook.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
